Honestly the Albums Chart has become a total mess. New Blossoms' Album disappeared completely out of the top 100 in just two weeks despite it having been at number one. This is something that happens all the time. You need to do something about this. It doesn't look normal. The Albums that occupy the top 100 are very good but this phenomenon needs to stop.

That was album was trash.
Their worst.
I only liked 1 song on it.

It's not about whether their new album is good or not! It's about the fact that almost every new album that enters the chart disappears after a few weeks. That was my point. Not about the new Blossoms album which by the way was not as good as their previous ones, but at least it was decent.

These charts have become a joke.
It doesn't matter if you are number 1 that week.
What matters is how long are you there in top 100.

My all time fave Toyah is at number 72 but they put the wrong thumbnail, they have put her Warrior Rock pic on it. In her album list Toyah! Toyah Toyah! the original release they have put the pic from her 2008 album 'In the Court of the Crimson Queen'. :/

The album charts are a total mess. Nothing holds up for more than a few weeks and it's just full of best of albums from years ago.

Adele's front loaded mess "30" will be exiting the charts in no time. She couldn't adapt to the streaming era.

Good grief! Last week's top 4 albums were brand new. This week, 3 have dropped below Queen and Abba who have been on the charts for 20 years. Last week's number 2 has almost dropped out of the chart completely. Are record companies buying up all their own on week one? If so, what's the point?

most of todays charts are streaming-driven, so it's more about listening, and much less about actual buying. official album SALES chart looks a bit different.

Thanks Rafal. That makes more sense, but the sales chart is also a bit weird - Go West at 82 :)
