the talented TOM GRENNAN is having so much success in the single chart so i don't understand why his album is dropping so fast?!

From my analysis of the chart this year, it's quite normal for #1 albums to drop quickly. Some have had huge drops straight out of the top 75 the following week. Evermore is the only one of this years #1s to both drop less than 10 places and still be on chart today. There has been a new #1 album every week for the whole of this year (14 weeks). Tom Grennan, Taylor Swift and Lana Del Ray are the only 3 of those 13 former #1s to still be on chart. There have been quite a lot of drop-outs by new albums from within the top 10 too. Bearing that in mind, it's staying up quite well!
Correction: Foo Fighters and Kings Of Leon are still top 75 but have both dropped quickly too.

Am shocked to see LANA DEL REY dropping so fast!! From number 1 to 14!!! Hopefully she will bounce back next week..

justin bieber still in the Top 10 album!! Oh gosh..hopefully out of the Top 20 by next week..Awful singer...so overrated..

I would have loved to see EVANESCENCE at number 1!! I am still glad the talented BEN HOWARD is getting another 1 album..Very talented artist.
