It cant be good for the music industry to have most of the same albums in the top 100 for years on end.  This would never have happened pre streaming days.  The charts in the 70's, 80's, even 90's we're kept fresh by new albums coming along more frequently, yet not staying around for so long, yet still sold. Even the current top ten has the same few albums, that's been there for over a year. 

Surely this questions should the chart company allow streaming to influence the charts?
