I love seeing 'Dance Monkey' way out in front, but I'm also excited about the new peaks for 'Circles' & 'South Of The Border' elsewhere in the Top 5! :)

Hi piran!
I also love seeing 'dance monkey' at the top spot. When you predicted that 'dance monkey' would go to number one, I didn't believe you, I didn't even think it would reach the top 20 but I'm glad I've been proved wrong. It's actually my birthday on Friday so I'd love seeing 'dance monkey' still at the top spot. For now, I don't think 'ride it' is a strong contender. I like the new entries as well! 'this is real' is guaranteed to be in the top 40 by Friday which I like as I'm a massive fan of jax jones. I don't mind if 'don't leave me lonely' reaches the top 40, it's good but it didn't stick to me. I like katys new single 'harleys in hawaii', it's so catchy and much better than 'never really over' or 'small talk'. I hope it reaches the top 40 by Friday but I have a feeling it won't. I like the new peaks as well, 'god is a dancer', 'turn me on' and liar are really cool songs, they deserve a lot of credit.but I do like that their all in the top 20 so far. Lose control was actually better for me than piece of your heart. I like 'graveyard' going to a new peak last week but I have the feeling it won't get to the top 20. Lastly, I've fallen in love with LIZZO (her music). I've been playing truth hurts, good as and blame it on your love constantly for the past few days. She's actually so underrated over here. Truth hurts has been on the chart for over 20 weeks and is stuck at the peak of 29 and isn't on acr. I do like good as going in the top 20
Have a good week. Look forward to your reveiw on Friday, whether it's short or long

Hey Tony! How are you? :)

I had a good feeling about 'Dance Monkey' from the start, so I'm glad I wasn't wrong either! It doesn't look anything is going to pass it for now, although Adele is rumoured to be releasing a new song next month, so that would easily do it if that was the case!

I have a feeling 'Ride It' will be getting blocked too, even if it did make it to #1 in Ireland today (probably due to 'Dance Monkey' going on ACR there?), but I agree with the songs you think will reach the Top 40 today! If that happens, I'll do a full review of each of them, so you can see what I have to say about each song then!

Where our thoughts do tend to differ is on 'Harleys In Hawaii'! It's so bland to me & the hook falls a lot more flat than it should... a real disappointment given that I gave 'Small Talk' a decent score & 'Never Really Over' an amazing one.

'Lose You To Love Me' also appeared out of nowhere since your last reply to me, so that has a really strong chance of making today's chart too, with serious potential to climb next week! 'Good As ' might manage Top 10 in the following chart too thanks to a remix with Ariana Grande.

Have a lovely weekend!
