I love seeing 'Dance Monkey' remain at #1 & 'Outnumbered' finally set to go Top 10! :)

I'm not the biggest fan of 'Highest In The Room' being the top debut though & I honestly expected 'Nice To Meet Ya' to be a lot higher than it is.

I really won't mind Dance monkey staying there till ACR, unless something better comes out of course.

HIGHEST IN THE ROOM isn't so bad and I'm guessing people are excited to see Travis Scott's return so expect high debuts everywhere.

I certainly wouldn't mind seeing that happen either! :)

I hope 'Highest In The Room' can grow on me, since it looks set to become his biggest hit in the UK to date (as a lead artist at the very least), although I prefer 'Sicko Mode' way more at the moment.

Hi Piran. I'm loving Dance monkey remaining at no.1 and well happy that 'outnumbered' is looking good for the top 10! Even more so I'm happy that 'power over me' has finally hit the top 100 thanks to the release of Dermots debut album.
I'm not much of a fan of 'highest in the room' either and quite shocked all the 1D boys are struggling this time round, I think they will both probably fall slightly by Friday too. Maybe Harry Styles will still have some popularity with his comeback.
I have 2 favorite tracks right now and one of them went back in the top 100 on Friday and is next release for jax Jones with Ella Henderson with 'this is real' it's been constantly growing on me for the last 3 weeks and I'm sure it's most likely his next single. The other is a track by gabrielle aplin & JP Cooper 'losing me' another great track from JP Cooper, I hope it can find some chart success or some radio play to give it some momentum.

Hey Rob! :)

It looks like 'Dance Monkey' could spend a few weeks at the top since nothing seems to be challenging it for now.

'Outnumbered' going Top 10 would be amazing, as well Dermot Kennedy ending the week with a debut #1 album, which he's also predicted to get!

Those collaborations sure sound interesting! Not sure how likely it is that either of them will make the Top 100, but I sure hope they do.

Hi piran!
Sorry I haven't commented to u in a while although I've still been tracking the charts and reading your reviews every week! A lot has changed since, I am so happy that dance monkey went to number 1!!! Its so catchy and her voice is defiantly something different compared to most artists. I really hope it stays on top for a few more weeks, it's currently number 1 on both apple music and Spotify. I also am defiantly not a fan of travis Scott's new single. To me, it just sounds like any other urban single which enters the top 40 every week, so I'm defiantly surprised and even disappointed that it's looking at this big of a new entry. Still thrilled that Higher Love is still in the top 5 but it could be going on acr soon. Taste make it shake and boyfriend are also both going on acr this week. I've really liked the new entries from the past few weeks! Good as by lizzo is such a good song that I've been listening to constantly and God is a dancer by ties to and mabel is actually my favourite song at the moment! It's so catchy (which is something I find in songs and it's good in clubs as well so I hope that goes higher. I have a feeling niall horans new single won't make it to the top 40 as its already so low and it isn't doing well with radio airplay. Lastly, I am so disappointed about halsey not getting in the top 40! Graveyard is so good! I'll admit, I didn't like it that much when first listening but it's grown on me so much! It's doing well on radio airplay and the music video was dropped today so hopefully that can boost it somehow. I really like be honest and outnumbered going to new peaks, defiantly wasn't expecting ed sheerans South of the border to enter last week but not complaining as I really liked n6 collabs. Hasley is so underrated. I know im saying a lot but i like halsey more than Thierry likes lizzo, and that is a LOT . Mabel

Hey Tony! :)

That's fine! How have you been since we last properly chatted?

I do feel like 'Dance Monkey' is going to be a fairly dominant #1, staying there for at least another month if nothing big enough is released to challenge it before then. I also expect it to still be inside the Top 5 before it gets placed on ACR!

I gave 'Highest In The Room' an extremely light 5/10 over on the new OCC update, so I'm glad it didn't manage to debut at #1! I think it got as big as it did due to Travis' recent split with Kylie, so it might be frontloaded because of that.

What you'll be really happy to hear is that 'Graveyard' finally made the Top 40 this week, as well as 'South Of The Border' being a really big climber!

#1 debut album & first Top 10 single this week.

Certainly expecting big things to come for Dermot with all that happening today! :)

How have you been this week anyway?
