Woah... potentially seven new Top 40 arrivals! Here I was thinking it'd be another quiet week, haha.

#13 is still really good for 'Lover' (actually Taylor's lucky number).

Nice seeing 'Senorita' set to become Camila's longest #1 hit in the UK! :)

Hi Piran, hope you are well.

Yeah I think Liam Gallagher will be well out of the top 40 come Friday possibly a couple of others could fall by Friday but hopefully some will hang on in there or maybe even climb!

From #9 to #13 in a day be lucky if it is still top 20 by Friday for Taylor but should move back up the following week after album release so could still make top 10 yet.

Cant see any track challenging for #1 right now Piran, do you think any song is coming to challenge it in the near future?

Hey Rob! I'm not too bad thanks, how are you? :)

I agree that the new songs from Taylor & LIam will be lower again come Friday, since they are mostly sales-driven.

'Senorita' will be on ACR if it doesn't increase in streams in the next two weeks, which might allow 'Beautiful People' to score another week at the top. Not sure what'll be #1 after that though.

I'm good too thanks Piran. Will 'beautiful people' not also be on acr by then also? Surely it is not increasing anymore

Yeah, 'Beautiful People' has definitely peaked, but that's only been on the chart for seven weeks, compared to 'Senorita's eight. That's mean it'll be going on ACR a week later.

Hi piran, sorry for my really late comment. I really like seeing Higher love in the top 3. It's an amazing single that I'm sure whitney would be proud of. And yes, I was thrilled to see it at number 1 in the downloads chart! I really like Senorita being at number 1.im also a fan of beautiful people by Ed sheeran but I honestly don't think it should go back to number 1.im surprised that it's spent this many weeks at number 2! I heard "lover" by Taylor swift and its nice but my favourite out of her on this record, is probably you need to calm down or the archer. Im not that much of a fan of Ransom but it's ok and quite catchy so I don't mind it going in the top 10. I hope miley cyrus and liam Gallagher manage to get in the top 40 this week but I have a feeling they won't. Lastly, I've probably told u before but I'm a massive halsey fan. I listen to without me, nightmare, 11 minutes, bad at love, angel on fire, gasoline, him & I, colours, walls could talk, alone and sorry all the time. I've been lucky to see her live twice. She has her third album on the way which I'm really excited about. She's been teasing collaborations with bring me the horizon and 5 seconds of summer but nothing has really been confirmed apart from the actual record. Have a good week. Hope to see your review on Friday!

Hey Tony! That's fine, I'm fairly late replying to you, haha.

Not only did 'Higher Love' remain the best-selling song of the week for a second consecutive week, but it also dethroned 'Senorita' on the national airplay chart! I could see it peaking at #2 at least, since 'Senorita' should be going on ACR next week & 'Beautiful People' will follow suit the week after.

With that being said, this'll probably be 'Senorita's final week at #1, 'Beautiful People' will take over for one more week, then '3 Nights' is looking the most likely to go to the top after that.

'Lover' is by far my favourite pre-released track from Taylor's new album, since I gave it a 10/10 on the latest OCC review I did! Only 'SOS' & 'Senorita' have been able to do this before since I started these weekly reviews.

Unfortunately, you were right about 'Slide Away' & 'Once' not making the Top 40 in the final chart.

That's cool, where did you see Halsey live? For me, her solo pop music really isn't for me, but I like a lot of her collaborations & especially the more punk-rock side of her ('11 Minutes' & 'Nightmare').

Thanks for your reply! I hope you have a nice week too. :)
