I also hope that they actually play the southstar version on the chart rather than skip it over the robin schultz stolen one

the original vocals are from a song called jerk by oliver tree.
southstar cleared the sample etc and released the 'miss you' remix in july
in august a version of 'miss you' that sounds identical came out by robin schultz & oliver tree

They are slightly different.... at first they sound like the same song (Which practically is so), but then you can hear the little difference...

Yeah, but my point is that Robin Schulz effectively stole Southstar's version, as the latter's was released first but he never got credited for the former's version which is still charting higher! :(
