Why is Bad Guy still in the top 10 for three months?

Now it's just because of the remix featuring Justin Bieber

Loving the continued gains for ‘3 Nights’ & especially ‘Sorry’! Hope both of these go Top 10 in the future. :)

Hi piran. I'm still really glad senorita is at number 1.its been a while since I've been happy with the current number 1. It's a perfect summer hit that deserves a while at the top. Also like seeing bad guy progressing in the top 5.i wasn't too glad with the justin Bieber remix but wasn't awful. I can agree that 3 nights it's a good song and is really catchy. Higher love has been growing on me a lot and is a perfect memory for the iconic whitney houston. I hope that goes in the top 10.im not usually a rap fan but ladbroke Grove is actually a good song and wouldn't mind it if it went in the top 5. Not a fan of Taylor swifts archer. I really wanted more songs from Ed sheerans album to enter the top 40, my favourite is remember the name or cross me. Finally, a few weeks ago, the official chart revealed the top 40 biggest singles of 2019 so far. Someone you loved is on its way to becoming the biggest single this year. Do u think it could stay like that?

Hey Tony! :)

I'm absolutely thrilled with the #1 too & I agree that it deserves to get a few weeks there. It seems consistently dominant across the board right now, although I have a feeling that 'Boyfriend' (Ariana Grande & The Social House) could have a shot at dethroning it next week.

I'm definitely impressed that 'Bad Guy' escaped ACR to return to the Top 5! It just goes to show how consistent it would've been had that rule not been implemented. I'm not sure that it would've recovered this much if the OCC still required songs to gain by at least 50% in overall performance rather than 25%. I actually prefer the JB remix, although the original is still good (but neither are among Billie Eilish's best).

'Ladbroke Grove' has grown on me considerably over these past few weeks! It went from being a 5/10 on here when I first reviewed it to debuting on my personal chart today.

I do love 'The Archer', since I've been a fan of Taylor from the start, but I agree entirely with what you have to say regarding 'Higher Love'!

I think 2019 will be a similar situation to 2018 where the Top 2 are separated by a very small margin, maybe even a few hundred combined sales again. I do think 'Someone You Loved' will just about keep its lead, but I also wouldn't be surprised if either 'I Don't Care' or 'Old Town Road' are narrowly able to pass it. For now, it's still too close to call in my opinion.
