yup, on ACR this week. it’s a big shame Subtract flopped because singles wise it’s easily his best album in forever

Overkill. Pure saturation. Think if he took a break people might have given the new album a chance instead of being sick of him being ever present

Taylor Swift = 10/10

Exactly, it's my favourite album as well, it's so much better than = and it's surprising that it flopped because it's literally Ed Sheeran and there's a music video for every track on it as well

Good Love at #26 is awesome, would love So Much In Love to chart and I wish that Make Me would stop bobbing around at the bottom 20 and claim a place near the top instead 😂

Thought 'dancing is healing' gaining in the top 10 would be my highlight today but the I saw D.O.D 'so much in love' #88! Wow what a track, been around a couple of weeks didn't expect it to chart, hope it can keep climbing

That and Good Love, which is currently at #28, are two songs I’m really enjoying at the moment

Olivia seems to be dropping in a few weeks. Sprinter is doing amazing, I wonder if Olivia will be able to get a 3rd debut at #1?

I'll make my full speech about this weeks number 1 on Friday. But I'm so gassed for Dave and Cench, the most anticipated collab in UK HipHop/Rap history. Dave got me into hip hop, Cench got me into drill and now two of my favourite artists are here battling Calvin Harris and Ellie Goulding for the top spot. Both are bops, of course, but I really would like to see Sprinter at the top. For Dave, he's never gone global, which is new for him. Cench, on the other hand, has some taste when he did Doja and Let Go. But still, we'll well and truly see on Friday. So plz, God, can you make this happen? It's beaten As It Was on streaming, and was debuted as the most streamed daily song of 2023 so far passing Flowers. Ty for the support as well of the song, it's not just me 😅

(Oh, It will be longer I expect on Friday, I will be so gassed)

Madonna AND Kylie in the UK Top 20 makey uppy singles "chart". Interesting. This would be Madonna's first top 20 single since Celebration yes? I know she's only collaborating but it seems to keep getting Elton John big hits so maybe she's taking a leaf out of his book.

It's all made up pile of these days. Multi talented Dave and Central Cee? Wow! Like anyone is even going to remember that rubbish in 12 months time. Internet Money anyone????

It's called streaming and downloads, where quality songs aren't available physically.

The Singles Charts doesn't mean anything these days.
How on earth can t
The Singles Charts work where you can stream, download and listen on YouTube or even pay £10 a month and have access to 60M records on Spotify and various other sights.
No one buys singles anymore and Streaming and Downloads have killed off a lot of talented artists and real talented bands cause we want a physical copy and not a naff stream or download.
A lot of breaking bands can't afford to carry on cause they aren't making any money because no one is buying singles.
The Album Chart is so different cause you can still buy a physical album.
Atleast the stone age is better and Radio Stations get right up my back, as they will only play what they want you to hear.

Trouble is a lot of musicians can't sing or play live.
Modern technology will auto tune the record to make it sound good, but can't sing live cause they have to do it themselves which they can't.
I might be grandpa and live in the stoneage, but atleast they had quality music in those days.
There are a lot of quality artists out there, but radio only play what they want you to hear.

‘Padam Padam’ fell off a fair bit since yesterday, but I reckon it’ll still be in the Top 20 in the final chart.

Hopefully ‘Popular’ will remain fairly stable too!
