Yxng Bane (pronounced ‘young bane’, inspired by Tom Hardy’s character in the Batman film The Dark Knight Rises) is a British rapper, singer and songwriter from Canning Town, East London. Yxng Bane was born Guystone Menga on April 12, 1996, and is Congolese and Angolan descent. Yxng Bane began uploading numbers to his Soundcloud account in 2015, eventually signing to Tinie Tempah’s Disturbing London label. Yxng Bane also features on a remix of Ed Sheeran’s Shape of You, Banx & Ranx’s Answerphone and Jungen’s Bestie as well as releasing a collaborative album with D-Block Europe.
