Speaking to OfficialCharts.com, Louis Tomlinson says: “My album is Number 1 on the Official Charts – I can’t quite believe I’m saying that. I just want to say a massive, massive thank you for all the incredible support the fans have shown me in the last week and my whole career.

An album of original material by Bruce would have beaten Louis into second place. As it stands, No.2 is a fine showing, but even a fan like me isn't very excited about a selection of soul covers.

So happy for LOUIS and still acnnot believe it!!! OMG: his 1st number 1 album and so well deserved! Was pretty sure BRUCE will beat him to the number 1 spot but i am glad he didn't!!

Louis I could not be more proud. You have made all us so happy and we couldn't do it without you. and a HUGE shoutout to all the other fans that helped with this and buying and streaming as much as they possibly could. Remember we are the reason he is so confident with what he is doing. so much love for him and more

So talent loses again, what a tragedy. Bruce Springsteen (even at the
grand old age of 73) can still run rings around this little * * * *. It's a
shame the GP (or rather h o r n y little girls) have terrible taste in music.

Talent didn’t lose at all. Louis is the most talented person I know of and deserved this more than anything ever because he worked hard for it. Btw, who are you to decide who his fans are and whether he makes good music or not. Lou is more successful than you will ever be so your opinion doesn’t really matter. Bruce makes good music and he is talented but just because he’s not #1 doesn’t mean that you can insult the artist that beat him. You can’t just go around talking trash and putting down other artists that work just as hard to achieve this spot. I shouldn’t be wasting my time on you but I love Louis with everything I’ve got because he saved me (and practically raised me.) He was there for me through my thick and thin so I can’t stand it when I see people talking sh*t about him. But you can’t really expect much from an immature lowlife like you.

Idiot! You should really be questioning why the anti American Springsteen seems to have a big problem with people exercising their freedom of choice to decline an unnecessary, invasive, experimental, medical procedure.

As of yet Cloudbuster hasn't responded because he won't win an argument with women . .Couldn't expect The Boss to be 1 all the time.

https://disqus.com/by/disqus_r6BVSqGH8k/ you are just a fan who think Louis is yout boyfriend, he's not, and using your own arugment, your opinion doesn't matter hahaha you see your hypocrisy. If Louis is the most talented person you know, pleaase go outside and meet people, there's real talent out there unlike him a terrible singer with mediocre song. He raised you?, hahaha so delusional, the only immature people around him is you, get over it, for your own good, meet other people you need it badly

Congratulations Louis. You've made a lot of people happy by snatching that Number 1 from the appalling Springsteen.

Ann Whalen

Congratulations to Louis. All the songs on this album are brilliant.
