24kGoldn (born Golden Landis Von Jones on November 13, 2000) is an American rapper from San Francisco, California. 24k started his career as a child actor who starred in adverts before moving into music, mentored by Paypa Boy. 24kGoldn's debut mixtape Dropped Outta College was released in Novemeber 2019 and featured the hit song Valentino and the UK Top 40 single City of Angels. 24kGoldn's global breakthrough came courtesy of Mood (the lead single from his debut studio album El Dorado) ft. Puerto Rican-American rapper Iann Dior, which reached Number 1 on the UK's Official Singles Chart and the Billboard Hot 100 in the United States after gaining traction on TikTok. A remix of the song released on November 6, 2020 featured Canadian singer Justin Bieber and Colombian singer J Balvin. 24kGoldn has also collaborated with Blackbear, Clean Bandit, Mabel, Internet Money and DaBaby.
