Kylie Minogue confirms Real Groove as the next single from her Number 1 album DISCO

Kylie Minogue has confirmed the next single from her Number 1 album DISCO.

Real Groove is the third official single taken from the Australian's eighth UK chart-topping album following Say Something, which peaked at Number 1 on the Official Vinyl Singles Chart, second single Magic, and promo single I Love It.

Kylie performed the track on this past Saturday's edition of The Jonathan Ross Show, and while Jonathan announced the track as Kylie's "new song", it was confirmed as a single on BBC Radio 2's The Graham Norton Podcast.

Kylie commented on her chart nemeses Wet Wet Wet with Graham, who kindly jogged her memory that the Scottish group blocked Kylie from Number 1 three times in the late '80s and early '90s.

There's more good news for Kylie fans too; this past Friday, Kylie confirmed that her Infinite DISCO livestream will receive a replay on New Year's Eve, available at 9pm local time in all regions.

Kylie's 15th studio album DISCO peaked at Number 1 on the Official Albums Chart in November and is the fastest-selling album of 2020 so far by a solo artist. The album helped Kylie make chart history as the first female artist - and second artist overall - to claim a UK Number 1 album across five consecutive decades.
