EASY LIFE

Easy Life are an English eclectic alternative group formed in 2017 in Leicester, England, by frontman Murray Matravers (born October 22, 1996), who supplies vocals, synthesiser, keyboard and a bit of trumpet. Easy Life also consist of drummer Oliver Cassidy (born January 25, 1998), percussionist and keyboardist Jordan Birtles (born December 4, 1992), bassist Sam Hewitt and guitarist Lewis Alexander Berry. Easy Life signed to Island Records in 2018 and released their mixtape Creature Habits that April, and made their television debut on Later… with Jools Holland shortly after. The band released their debut album Junk Food in January 2020, reaching Number one in the Official Vinyl Charts listings, and Number seven in the album chart. Easy Life finished second on the BBC’s Sound of 2020 poll and were also nominated for three NME Awards in 2020, for Best New British Act, Best New Act in the World and Best Music Video for Nice Guys.
