Drivers License was the debut single of singer, songwriter and actress Olivia Rodrigo. Instantly going viral upon release, the aching ballad - influenced by the likes of Phoebe Bridgers and Taylor Swift - entered the Official Singles Chart at Number 1 with 95,000 chart sales, including 10.9 million streams across its first week of release, the biggest opening week for a Number 1 debut single in nearly five years. Staying at Number 1 for a mammoth nine weeks, Drivers License introduced Rodrigo as one of the biggest stars of her generation, paving the way for her debut album Sour and a further Number 1 single, Good 4 U.
