Why does it just say 'Sheeran' for Lay it All on Me? And how are songs like Keep Up that nobody knows on it but something massive like Hello isn't?

Hello was propbaly released too late to be considered or XL Recordings decided not to included

But Focus was released later than Hello

So XL Recordings probably decided not to include it

What about all those unreleased ones and ones released the week after like Focus on it then? But for choosing not to put it on you have a point. I've never found a Macklemore song on one of these albums, so I guess same reason.

Exactly.

Because MONEY.
Simply put, songs go on NOW albums when the record company believes it will earn more by licencing song to a compilation than not. End of story.
Adele's record company certainly realize they'd be cannibalizing their own sales by putting Hello on Now 92 just as "25" will be coming out.
That said, I'd expect "Hello" to be disc 1, track 1 on Now 93.

Good point actually, this album doesn't have any artist one twice, unlike 90 and 91, they had numerous people twice as the lead artist.
