George Ezra reveals new single dropping next week

George Ezra has announced details of a new single, set to drop next week.

As we reported last week, the Shotgun hitmaker had posted a countdown on his official site, which has now unveiled the exciting news: the first taste of George's third album is on the way. 

Anyone For You will drop next Friday (January 28) and will be the first original release from George since 2018. He was last heard with the Amazon exclusive song Come On Home For Christmas, which reached Number 8 on the Official Singles Chart, his sixth Top 10 hit.

George will also be playing Finsbury Park on Sunday 17 July with a supporting bill of Blossoms, Holly Humberstone and more. He’ll also be playing Newquay in August alongside Kings of Leon and Disclosure at Boardmasters.

George Ezra last impacted the charts in 2018 with his second album, Waiting At Tamara's. Not only did it become his second UK Number 1 album, the track Shotgun also became his first UK Number 1 single, topping the Official Singles Chart for a month.
