Ed Sheeran and Justin Bieber storm to Number 1 with their new collaboration I Don’t Care, scoring an impressive 123,825 combined sales.

It’s only the second chart-topping single this year to open with more than 100,000 combined sales – Ariana Grande’s 7 Rings debuted at Number 1 with 126,240 in January. I Don’t Care racked up 13 million streams and 22,000 downloads in the UK this week.

I Don’t Care extends Ed's tally of Number 1s to six, and Justin's to seven, putting the Canadian on a par with the likes of Kylie Minogue, Elton John and U2 who all have seven UK chart-toppers.

I am certain it's going to be in the top second for the best selling single of 2019

I actually thought 'I Don't Care' would've got the biggest weekly combined sales of 2019 so far, but around 123,000 is still incredibly impressive! :)
Elsewhere, I really like the gains for: 'All Day & Night', 'Sixteen' & 'Late Night Feelings' to new peaks.

Yes, congratulations to the Princes Of Pop Ed and Justin!!!!!!!!!!!! Ed Sheeran has 6 UK No. 1's and Justin has 7. They are pop royalty at this point. I can imagine that growing over the next couple albums for them. :)

Yeah, as far as we know, this isn't even for an Ed nor JB album, so imagine how they'll do when each of them actually do release a lead single!
