Demi Lovato releases new single Sorry Not Sorry - listen, lyrics

Payback is a bad bitch - and Demi Lovato is the baddest.

The American pop powerhouse has today (July 11) released Sorry Not Sorry, her first solo single since 2016's one-off, non-album single Body Say. SNS is expected to serve as the lead single to Demi's upcoming studio album.

Sorry Not Sorry is a clap back to Demi's haters, with lyrics including: "the grass is greener under me", and "now I'm out here looking like revenge, feelin' like a 10, the best I ever been".

Demi is known for her big lead singles - she's landed big hits with Skyscraper, Heart Attack and Cool For The Summer. Check out her compete Official Chart history here.

Sorry Not Sorry's accompanying music video will feature Paris Hilton and Wiz Khalifa. Watch the preview here. The song was produced by Warren 'Oak' Felder, part of production duo Pop & Oak, whose credits include several tracks on Fleur East's Love, Sax & Flashbacks album and Alessia Cara's debut Know-It-All. 

Though it's been a while since Demi last impacted the Official Singles Chart Top 40 with a headline single (her last was Cool For The Summer in September 2015), she's been no stranger to chart hits in 2017. She hooked up with Cheat Codes for the Top 20 hit No Promises in April, and her slot on Jax Jones' Instruction is currently gaining momentum.
