JVKE is the moniker of 21 year old Rhode Island native Jacob Lawson. After releasing two singles in 2021 and an album (This Is What ____ Feels Like Vol 1-4) in September 2022, JVKE's tender, hip-hop influenced acoustic single Golden Hour became his first entry on the UK's Official Singles Chart, following a viral TikTok of him performing the ballad for his childhood piano teacher.
