This Life is the ninth studio album from Take That. The three-piece, currently comprising members Gary Barlow, Mark Owen and Howard Donald, released the first single from the LP - titled Windows - on September 22 2023. Written by the group with the Nashville-based, Grammy-winning Dave Cobb (Chris Stapleton, Chris Isaak) on production duties, Windows marked the band's first new original music in five years.

Take That's last album, reworked hits collection Odyssey, landed at Number 1 on the Official Albums Chart in 2018, while their most recent studio album, 2017's Wonderland, reached Number 2.

Gary, Mark and Howard are also expected to take This Life on tour, having teased shows with projections across various UK arenas, including London's The O2 and Manchester's Co-Op Live venue, set to open in spring 2024.
