Gary Barlow has had major chart success as part of Take That, but also as a solo artist. He has scored three Number 1 singles and two Number 1 albums as a soloist. Although his 2013 album Since I Saw You Last was beaten to the top spot by One Direction, it finished as one of the year's biggest sellers.
