Shawn Mendes & Camila Cabello's Senorita denies Outnumbered by Dermot Kennedy the Irish Number 1 spot

Katy Perry claims the highest new entry with Small Talk.

Shawn Mendes & Camila Cabello’s Señorita claims Number 1 for an eighth week on the Official Irish Singles Chart.

The Canadian and American duo saw off Dermot Kennedy for a third straight week, he finishes just shy of 500 combined sales behind at Number 2 with Outnumbered. Dermot is the second Homegrown act to reach the runner-up position in 2019; Westlife achieved it in January with Hello My Love.

Lil Tecca storms into the Top 10 with Ransom, up five to Number 6, while Kygo & Whitney Houston advance two slots to Number 8 with Higher Love.

There are more gains for Joel Corry as Sorry leaps six to 14, and Canadian rapper Ali Gatie whose It’s You jumps five places to 22. Manchester, UK rapper Aitch is this week’s highest climber up 24 rungs to 28 with Taste (Make It Shake), while the current Australian Number 1 single Dance Monkey from Tones & I rockets 14 spots to 31.

Katy Perry secures this week’s highest new entry with Small Talk at Number 36, and finally, Comedy duo from Cahir The 2 Johnnies earn their first Top 50 hit with Sinéad at Number 37.
