Almost two years ago, indie-pop duo Little White Things piqued the interest of tastemakers – including Radio 1’s Annie Mac – with their tracks Step Back and Corner Of.

This week sees the Irish/Swedish duo - consisting of David Behan from Dublin and Max Bergstrom from Kalmar in Sweden - finally return with another one-two punch of singles – All Of My Friends and Behind The Man.

The former is a wistful and dreamy midtempo laced with delicate synths about, David says, “Living in a technology driven culture. Birthday reminders are on tap and meeting up in person is a thing of the past; sentences written on a palm sized screen answer the difficult questions in life and anything can be turned off as fast as it can be turned on - we are in a disposable age.” Listen below:

Meanwhile, Behind The Man is a surreal look at growing up in Ireland, touching on religion and “the lies we are told everyday”. Despite some heavier lyrical content, the result is a sparkling singalong, armed with a stadium sized chorus.

After an extended gap between the releases, expect new music and live showings from the pair to come thick and fast; the duo claim to have 40 songs written and ready to go.
