Girls Aloud fans were definitely fed over the Mighty Hoopla weekend as band member Nadine Coyle delivered a solo set on Saturday. Her performance also included renditions of The Promise and Call the Shots.

Released in 2008, The Promise became Girls Aloud's fourth and final Number 1 single on  the Official Charts. It also holds the honour of being their second biggest song ever. Call the Shots came out the previous year and peaked at Number 3.

Nicola also made a surprise appearance at Mighty Hoopla in 2021, when she joined another Girls Aloud bandmate, Cheryl, during her headline set. On that occasion, she added vocals to Cheryl's Number 1 solo hit Fight for This Love.
