At age 21, singer Holly Humberstone was named as BRITs Rising Star for 2022. Holly hails from Grantham, Lincolnshire and is a former violinist for the Lincolnshire Youth Symphony Orchestra. She was discovered after performing on her local BBC Introducing radio show, later appearing at Glastonbury where Lewis Capaldi fell in love with her music and invited her on tour. Holly earned second place on the BBC Sound Of 2021 poll before being crowned the BRITs Rising Star the following year.
