With over a half a million streams across his last two releases, Kris James is riding the wave of momentum with his next single I'll Be Here.

The rising Liverpudlian artist is singing about a subject he's passionate about in his new song: male mental health. Released on May 24, we've had a first play of the anthemic song all about taking back control from your demons.

"We can read it in the headlines, a sunny life is quite rare these days. No dancing in the sunshine, we're all crawling on the floor," Kris sings in the electro-pop track's first verse. The tone takes a more optimistic turn during the pre-chorus build "It's destiny, baby stick with me, I know about the black dog when it bites hard" before reaching a light at the end of the tunnel with the catchy chorus.

Produced by Tom Fuller (David Guetta, Tom Walker), I'll Be Here features distinct imagery of opposing thematic pairs such as heaven and the devil, chronicling a story that it's ok to reach out to a friend.
