Ellie Goulding gets supernatural for Major Lazer’s Powerful video

Watch out Uri Geller, Ellie Goulding’s coming for ya! The singer has turned supernatural for the video for Powerful, her new collaboration with Major Lazer and Tarrus Riley.

The clip – directed by James Slater (Jamie T, Stealing Sheep, White Lies) - sees Goulding and Riley testing their powers in a diner, bending spoons, spilling drinks, levitating a waitress, and just generally making a mess (how do you get milkshake out of carpet?).

Powerful is lifted from Major Lazer’s third studio album Peace is the Mission, which peaked at Number 25 in the Official Albums Chart upon its release last month.
