Ed Sheeran's new album No.6 Collaborations Project is making a big impression on this week's Official Irish Charts.

The collaborative album, which sees Ed team up with 22 of the world's leading singers and rappers across 15 songs, is at Number 1 in the latest chart sales flash and is currently outperforming the rest of the Top 10 combined.

No.6 is set to become Ed's fourth consecutive Number 1 on the Official Irish Albums Chart, following his previous studio albums +, x and ÷. The Suffolk-born singer-songwriter, who has roots in Wexford, is one of 19 acts to score three or more chart topping albums in Ireland this decade.

Over on the Irish singles chart, Ed's duet with Khalid Beautiful People is set for a third week at Number 2, currently just over 500 combined chart sales behind Shawn Mendes & Camila Cabello's Senorita, which is on course for a fourth week at the top.

Ed's Eminem and 50 Cent collaboration Remember The Name is on track for the highest new entry at Number 3, plus the Chance the Rapper & PnB Rock-assisted Cross Me is on track for a new peak of Number 6.

Final placings for the week's Irish Singles and Albums Charts are announced on Fridays at 3pm. Listen to the Official Irish Chart live on 2FM with Bláthnaid Treacy from 7pm.
