The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1 heading for Number 1

The last installment of The Hunger Games series sold 415,000 in its first week a year ago (week 12 2014) This year it is on course to become the fastest selling video of the year, ahead of Game Of Thrones and Fury.

It has currently sold 200,000 copies after three days sales (Mon, Tues, Weds) since its release, outselling all the other titles in the Top 20.

The boxset of the three Hunger Games films released so far (The Hunger Games, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1) is also at 21.

Last week's Number 1 - The Imitation Game - is on course for Number 3.

Other new entries are Horns (5), Halo - Nightfall (6) and Monster High Haunted (7).

Also, Frozen returns to the Top 10 for its 44th non-consecutive week. Two other Disney titles appear in today's Top 10 - The Lion King (8) and Beauty And The Beast (9).
