Tarzan is battling Oasis for this week's best selling DVD and Blu-ray

In a chart battle that nobody would have thought was possible, Tarzan is taking on Oasis to be Number 1 on this week's Official Video Chart Update.

We're just a few days shy of Sunday's chart day, and today's Update preview of the potential to come has The Legend of Tarzan swinging its way to the Number 1 position. Oasis' Supersonic documentary is a close competitor at Number 2, followed by Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart's comedy Central Intelligence.

Last weekend's Star Wars: The Force Awakens - Movie, Fireworks & Laser Spectacular at Drayton Manor has seemingly inspired a sales rush for the movie, up 81 places to Number 4, followed by last week's Number 1 TMNT: Out of the Shadows, which looks to be dropping four places to Number 5.

New entries and high climbers

Outlander - Series 2 is set for a strong start at Number 8, while The Neon Demon starring Elle Fanning is on track for a Top 20 placing at 19. Avengers - Age of Ultron looks to return to the Top 40 at 25, as will The Nightmare Before Christmas, which is set for a rise of 48 places to 31.

Finally, two more new releases could bow out in the Top 40: The Fall - Series 3 starring Gillian Anderson and Jamie Dornan is at 32 and Paw Patrol - Pups Save Christmas could debut at 39.
