It's a massive gig for a massive band: Massive Attack are headlining a show at London's Hyde Park as part of Barclaycard's British Summer Time.

The trip-hop pioneers will be joined by 2014 Mercury Prize winners Young Fathers for the show, while Patti Smith, TV on the Radio, Warpaint and Ghostpoet are also on the bill for the event, which takes place on July 1.

Tickets go on general sale at 9am on Friday (March 11) and are priced between £59.50 and £149.50.

It's not the first time Massive Attack have teamed up with Young Fathers; the pair collaborated on Massive Attack's Ritual Spirit EP earlier this year and recently toured Europe together.

Massive Attack's performance is set to bring "a new and provocative audio-visual live show" to Hyde Park, designed by Robert Del Naja and longtime visual collaborators United Visual Artists.

The band have scored two Number 1 albums in their career, including 1998's Mezzanine, as well as 10 Top 40 singles. Click here to see where all of Massive Attack's singles and albums have charted in the UK

Take That, Florence + the Machine, Kendrick Lamar, Mumford & Sons and Alabama Shakes are already lined up for the series of huge British Summer Time shows, which take place throughout July. Tickets are available from the event's official website.
