The lead single from Calvin’s upcoming fourth album is out in April.

Calvin Harris will be looking to add to his haul of 15 Top 10 hits with his next single, Summer.

The track will be the first to be released from Calvin’s fourth album, which is on its way later this year.

The super-bouncy Summer features vocals from Calvin himself, following a series of massive collaborations which have helped the statuesque Scottish king of dance music score five Number 1s.

Listen to Summer, our April 27, below while we delve a little into the Dumfries-born disco lover’s chart story.

Like we say, Calvin has topped the Official Singles Chart five times. His first Number 1 came with Dizzee Rascal on Dance Wiv Me (2008). He then had one all of his own with, erm, I’m Not Alone (2009). In 2011, he featured on Rihanna’s million-selling We Found Love, which was Number 1 for six weeks. In 2012, he teamed up with Florence Welch, who left her Machine to sing Sweet Nothing. His most recent chart-topping single was his collabo with Alesso & Theo from HurtsUnder Control hit Number 1 in December last year.

He’s also had two Number 1 albums – Ready For The Weekend (2009) and 18 Months (2012), which holds the Official Chart record for the most Top 10 singles released from one album.
