David Kushner and Lewis Capaldi take on Calvin Harris & Ellie Goulding for Number 1
Calvin Harris & Ellie Goulding’s Miracle leads the race for a third consecutive week at Number 1 on the Official Singles Chart today, but they will have to put up a fight to defend its place.
This comes after last week, where Ellie Goulding scored the coveted Official Chart Double for the first time in her career - with Miracle securing a second week at Number 1 while her fifth album Higher Than Heaven debuted at the top of the Official Albums Chart, her fourth LP overall to do so.p

A surprising highest new entry could be this week’s biggest challenger for Number 1 – American TikTok star David Kushner’s brand new single Daylight (2), which would also be his first UK Top 10 too.
Following the rapturous reception to his recent Netflix documentary How I’m Feeling Now, the next single from Lewis Capaldi’s upcoming sophomore album, Wish You The Best, is also in with a chance to dethrone Calvin & Ellie (3).
Niall Horan is looking for a big boost this week, with Heaven potentially breaking into the Top 10 for the first time, up 13 places since Friday to Number 9 on tonight’s First Look.
Our final new entry of the week could belong to Post Malone, with Chemical tracking for a Number 12 debut at the midweek mark.

i think it’s ridiculous that sza announces a uk tour and enlists doja cat for the remix of kill bill, and the song doesn’t get a reset, then we have green green grass and forget me in the top 20 again for no good reason at all

This really proves how bad RCA are, they couldn't even be bothered to reset Kill Bill for the remix, and they released it the week it started to drastically fall on the billboard hot 100, and not when it had a chance at #1!

Is UK Hiphop dead lately? No UK rapper in the Top 20, Strandz and Central Cee are victims of acr, Digga D and Headie One decreasing and most rapper new hits flopping. Americans and Canadians like Drake, Post Malone, SZA, Metro Boomin, The Weeknd & 21 Savage are taking over UK rap, and their not from the UK!

Whilst it's a real shame to see People start to drop down on the chart, I think it's done way better than anyone could've thought it could do, and it just proves that no matter where you're from, you can make it if you are just passionate for what you do. #2 is really good for Libianca, and I'm so happy for how she's done!

It's on 1WD and aiming for 2. It decreased down to 31k last week from its peak of 35k, and is currently decreasing 17k on spotify

Really hope Daylight can stay top 2 and maybe #1. Not a big deal if not, both songs equally deserve it. I was so surprised with the amount of movement this week

Even though I never cared a lot for 'Heaven', it's cool to see Niall on course for another Top 10 hit. :)

Listened to 'Daylight' for the first time a minute ago... it's not bad at all.
Don't see it get much of a replay factor for me, but I absolutely hear the appeal!
I kind of get Hozier vibes from it. :)
