Ariana Grande replaces herself at Number 1 for the second consecutive week as 7 Rings returns to Irish Singles top spot

New entries this week come from Ariana Grande, Cardi B & Bruno Mars, Picture This and Little Mix.

Ariana Grande has dethroned herself at Number 1 on the Official Irish Singles Chart for the second week in a row.

7 Rings was bumped from the top spot to Number 2 last week by Break Up With Your Girlfriend, I’m Bored, and now the two songs have swapped places as 7 Rings returns to the top spot for a fourth non-consecutive week.

Ariana also claims her 21st Top 50 entry as Thank U, Next album track Bad Idea debuts at Number 13 and is this week’s highest new entry.

Elsewhere in the Top 10, there is a new peak for Sam Smith & Normani’s Dancing With A Stranger (6) while Lauv & Troye Sivan claim their first Top 10 single with I’m So Tired (10). Just outside is Dermot Kennedy’s Power Over Me, which returns to its personal best (11).

Cardi B & Bruno Mars are new at 21 with Please Me, with Almost (Sweet Music) by Hozier gaining ground, hitting a new high at 23, up eight places.

Picture This claim their 10th Top 50 single as Modern Love debuts at Number 25, plus previous singles One Drink and If You Wanna Be Loved lift to Numbers 27 and 28 respectively following their album release. Juice WRLD also makes an impact in the Top 30 as his new song Robbery bows at Number 30.

Blueface’s Thotiana takes out a personal best at 31 after the music video for its remix with Cardi B was released, and three new entries close out this week’s Official Irish Chart – Zedd & Katy Perry’s 365 begins at 33, Little Mix’s Think About Us ft. Ty Dolla Sign bows at 40 Yungblud collects his first Top 50 appearance with Halsey & Travis Barker collaboration 11 Minutes at 45.
