Ariana Grande announces Dublin show as part of her 2019 Sweetener world tour

Ari will perform songs from her Number 1 album Sweetener, and upcoming album thank u, next.

Ariana Grande has confirmed a show in Ireland as part of her 2019 Sweetener world tour.

The Breathin' singer will play the 3Arena in Dublin on Sunday September 22, 2019, which will mark her first gig in the country in two and a half years since her Dangerous Woman concert in May 2016.

Pre-sale begun on December 18, while an extra pre-sale for American Express card holders begins on December 19. General sale begins on December 21 at 10am GMT. 

Ariana is one of only three artists (the others being Dua Lipa and Calvin Harris) to score two Number 1s in 2018 on the Official Irish Singles Chart. No Tears Left To Cry from her chart-topping album Sweetener spent at week leading the Top 50 in April, while thank u, next from her upcoming LP of the same name has spent six weeks at Number 1 and counting.

Ariana is in the running for two Top 3 placements on this week's chart, revealed on Friday, December 21. thank u, next is in the running for a seventh week at Number 1, while new cut Imagine is set for a Number 3 debut.
