I know it's brilliant and probably cause we want the physical record in our hands and not the hopeless download or stream.
When the album comes out in October, it will probably go in at No1, but cause of no physical Single no Top 40 Single.
With Elton John, it only made The Top 40 cause of Dua Lipa, her fans download or streamed it where Elton John fans want the physical record.

Got a feeling OUT OUT will fade to oblivion pretty quickly, as you say his worst song.

Artists should have to pick 3 songs and those are the only ones allowed to chart with them not being replaced by other album tracks.

Yes I have to agree with you. This rule needs to disappear, even ACR needs to disappear. They don't make sense anymore. I am getting very tired of chart performance being ruined by stupid two rules. It would be best if OCC removed these stupid, worthless and inaccurate rules.

You need to send this to everyone so people understand why others are sick and tired of these rules.
