It's been a good few weeks for Calvin Harris. His latest album Funk Wav Bounces Vol. 1 has been certified Gold, the UK Number 1 single Feels went Platinum, and his mega-collab Slide ft. Frank Ocean and Migos has reached 2x Platinum status. He's celebrating by announcing a new single, which is nice of him.
Faking It, which features rising stars Kehlani and Lil Yachty, will be the fifth single from the album, following on from Slide, Heatstroke ft. Pharrell Williams and Ariane Grande, the Khalid and Future-assisted buzz single Rollin', and Feels, which became Calvin's eighth Number 1 hit on the Official Singles Chart back in August.
Calvin broke the news on his Twitter account, revealing the single's artwork as a cherry on top:

Purple seems to be the colour of this single, following on from the green, orange, blue and red tinges of his previous singles. We're enjoying the rainbow theme going on Calvin.
Faking It will begin to impact radio this Friday, and here's hoping an official music video is in the works too.
Calvin's last five singles all featured on Funk Wav Bounces Vol. 1, which peaked at Number 2 back in August. It became Calvin's fourth record to hit the Top 2 of the Official Albums Chart, and his fifth Top 10 in total. Check out Calvin Harris' full UK chart history here.
