Meanwhile Up In Heaven is the follow up to Kaiser Chiefs’ Official Singles Chart Top 40 hit, Coming Home.

Kaiser Chiefs have unveiled the video for their new single, Meanwhile Up In Heaven, the second single to be taken from the band’s Official Albums Chart Number 1 release, Education, Education, Education & War.

The video for Meanwhile Up In Heaven, which is set for release on June 29, sees the band in a creepy funfair with frontman, Ricky Wilson, dancing with wedding dress-wearing Sherlock star, Amanda Abbington.

"For me, this [Meanwhile Up In Heaven] is the song that sort of defines the album and the past 12 months” Ricky Wilson explained, "...we had a lot to say."

Kaiser Chiefs have scored 11 Official Singles Chart Top 40 hits, with 2007’s Ruby giving the group their only Number 1 to date.

The Leeds-based band have also claimed six Official Albums Chart Top 40s with Yours Truly, Angry Mob (2007) and current album, Education, Education, Education & War (2014) both hitting the Number 1 spot.
