Hilary Duff has unveiled the video for her new single Chasing The Sun, her first single release in five years and the lead track from her upcoming fifth studio album.

"Chasing The Sun is a light and fun summer song that I hope helps people to feel a little more carefree.” Hilary explains.

The track, which currently does not have a UK release date, was co-written by singer/songwriters Colbie Caillat and Jason Reeves, along with producer and songwriter Toby Gad (Beyonce, Miley Cyrus, Jessie J).

Hilary shared the video on Facebook, telling excited fans "It's #ChasingTheSun time!! So excited to share the premiere of my new music video with you all."
