Years & Years and Meghan Trainor are among the acts confirmed to perform on The Voice UK's live shows this year.

Years & Years will perform their hit single Desire - which was recently re-worked with singer Tove Lo - on the first live show this weekend (March 26) alongside last year's winner Stevie McCrorie, who will play his new single My Heart Never Lies.

Meanwhile, the semi-final the following weekend (April 2) will feature performances from Birdy and Swedish star Zara Larsson.

And for the all-important final? Before the winner is announced on April 9, guests Meghan Trainor and Shawn Mendes will take to the stage.

12 acts have made it through to The Voice UK live shows this year, which kicks off this Saturday (March 26) at 7pm on BBC One.

Team Paloma's three acts are Beth Morris, Heather Cameron-Hayes and Jordan Gray, while team Boy George will be represented by Cody Frost, Harry Fisher and Vangelis.

Singers Chloe Castro, Jolan and former Liberty X star Kevin Simm make up Ricky Wilson's team, and will.i.am has chosen Lauren Lapsley-Browne, Lydia Lucy and Lyrickal for his team this year.
