Ireland’s best-selling album of 2018 tops the first Official Irish Albums Chart of 2019 - The Greatest Showman is back on top.

In a week that three of the soundtrack’s songs reach new peaks on the Irish Singles Chart, the cast recording nets a 17th non-consecutive week on top, securing the feat with a hefty lead of over 1,200 combined sales. The Greatest Showman led all three metrics this week: physical CD and vinyl, digital downloads, and streaming.

Former chart topper and 2018 Christmas Number 1, A Star Is Born slips to Number 2, while Ariana Grande’s Sweetener catapults four to Number 5.
