Terminator – Genisys set to top Official Video Chart

Terminator – Genisys takes an early lead in the race for this week’s Official Video Chart Number 1. The fifth instalment of the franchise starring Arnold Schwarzenegger has racked up over 100,000 sales so far this week, with three chart days still to go. If it’s sales momentum continues, the title will be Paramount’s first Number 1 of 2015.

Elsewhere in the Top 10; Christmas comedy Nativity 3 – Dude Where’s My Donkey, which stars Martin Freeman and Alan Carr is new at 3, trailed by Amy Winehouse’s biopic Amy at 5.

Vikings – The Complete Third Season (4) and The Longest Ride (8) complete the new entries in today’s Official Video Chart Update Top 10.

Three chart days remain before the Official Video Chart is published on OfficialCharts.com at 7pm on Sunday.
