Selena Gomez is Number 1 on the Official Irish Singles Chart for the first time.

Debuting at Number 41 last week based on two days of downloads and streams, comeback track Lose You To Love Me vaults 40 places to the top spot, nearly 500 chart sales ahead of last week's chart-topper Ride It by Regard, down one to Number 2.

Lose You To Love Me is Selena's 6th Top 10 entry and surpasses her career-best placing of Number 2 achieved by Kygo collaboration It Ain’t Me. She also claims her 19th Top 50 entry this week too as the second half of her dual single release Look At Her Now debuts at Number 15.

Kanye West also has multiple entries in this week’s chart. Follow God debuts at Number 5 as this week’s highest new entry, with fellow Jesus Is King album tracks Closed on Sunday and Selah starting out at Number 19 and 21 respectively.

Fresh from the release of a new remix featuring Ariana Grande, Good As Hell by Lizzo climbs 23 rungs to 22, ahead of Dermot Kennedy’s All My Friends, a new entry at 23.

Coldplay land their 24th Top 50 entry at Number 31 with Orphans, while Westlife’s My Blood courses through to Number 46, and AJ Tracey’s Floss featuring MoStack & Not3s starts out at Number 50.
