Pet Shop Boys add UK dates to their 2014 Electric world tour

Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe have added shows in Brighton, Birmingham, Cardiff and Blackpool to their Electric world tour.

Following sold out shows in London and Manchester last summer, Pet Shop Boys have added four new UK shows to their on-going Electric world tour.

The UK leg of Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe’s world-wide trek will kick off in Brighton on Thursday, May 29, and will take in Manchester and Cardiff before concluding in Blackpool on Monday, June 16.

Pet Shop Boys latest album, Electric, peaked at Number 3 on the Official Albums Chart last July, giving the duo their highest charting album in almost 18 years.

A pre-sale for the tour will be held at 9am this Thursday (March 13) at 9am, while tickets will go on general sale on Friday.

Pet Shop Boys will also headline the Bingley Music Live festival, which takes place in Bingley, West Yorkshire, between August 29 and 31.
