Daniel Blume is all about pulling on your heartstrings while you've got your fists pumping in the air.

The producer and singer from Cabinteely has caught the attention of electronic trio Cheat Codes (who he collaborated with) and Jax Jones (who he supported on tour) with his floor-filling anthems that are perfect to get lost to under the UV lights.

Combining emotional lyrics with infectious beats, Daniel was inspired by something David Guetta once said about making "songs that make you want to cry on the dance floor". With a focus and storytelling path identified, Daniel has an album's worth of tunes ready to go, but first he's dropping a new song every two months to see what sticks.

Signed to Positiva Records, Daniel's latest release Catch Feelings is about calling himself out for bad decision making, wishing he had better control of his unbridled emotions. Previous single Nights Like This addresses the one trigger that takes you back into a lull of loving someone you're no longer with.

Daniel showcases wizardry on a laptop, and skilled musicianship on guitar and piano, and he completes the triple threat with a compelling social media presence. He recently tasked his followers with giving him titles, to which he would make some songs. The current climate being what it is, Daniel whipped up songs Bored In The House and Quarantine. We're not quite sure he'll work magic on them to turn them into official singles, but the results were hilarious nevertheless!

Keep Daniel on your radar, chances are you'll hear him in the club when lockdown is over.
