Michael Buble's Christmas album on course topple Amy Winehouse

Canadian crooner Michael Buble jumps back to the summit on today’s Official Albums Chart Update with his festive album, 'Christmas'.

After last week’s strong sale of 189k, 'Christmas' has clocked-up another impressive 105k sales already this week, this will be the album’s 8th week on the chart and climbs one place to Number 1. The singer’s album 'Crazy Love' also makes a climb eight places to Number 25.

Last week’s chart topper Amy Winehouse’s 'Lioness: Hidden Treasures', which sold a record 194,000 copies in its first week on sale, follows at Number 2, with Coldplay’s former Number 1 album, 'Mylo Xyloto' climbing five places to Number 3.
