Australian funk trio Cookin’ On 3 Burners originally released This Girl in 2009, but a remix by French producer Kungs has seen it take off across Europe this summer, so topping the charts in Germany and France and hitting the Top 10 in another four countries.

Meanwhile, Justin Timberlake’s Can’t Stop The Feeling holds at Number 2, and Stone Roses make a strong start at 3 on this week’s Official Singles Chart with their brand new track Beautiful Thing.

Drake’s One Dance has slipped to Number 4, and Calvin Harris and Rihanna’s This Is What You Came For is at Number 5.

Cheat Codes and Kris Kross Amsterdam's Sex is on course to crack the Top 10 this week, lifting one place to 10, and David Guetta and Zara Larsson’s official Euro 2016 theme This One’s For You surges from 46 to 17 following their performance on Saturday’s kick-off match.

Also scaling the Top 40 this week is Dua Lipa’s Hotter Than Hell, which looks set to make its Top 40 debut this Friday, currently at Number 21, and Beyonce’s Hold Up rebounds 23 places to 29.

Further down, Tom Odell’s Magnatised vaults 79 to 30 following his performance on The Graham Norton Show last week, and Jonas Blue’s Perfect Strangers – the follow-up to his Top 10 hit Fast Car – leaps 17 spots to 31 today.

All things must come to an end but not from a big established name, Just a pity Justin Timberlake was denied 4 weeks by streaming but now Drake has been outstreamed(That's a future Oxford English Dictionary word) by an unknown act but not the first time as it's happened many times in history.

It's another one of THESE songs, huh? (The songs by unknown artists that are given house remixes and suddenly become popular, ex. Waves, Prayer In C, Cheerleader, Are You With Me, Reality, Sugar, Fast Car and Don't Be So Shy)

Wait, Lost Frequencies' songs are remixes? And Sugar? But essentially, yeah, that's how house artists roll pretty much.

"Are You With Me" was originally a song from Easton Corbin's album which was recorded around 2013 to 2015 so the original was probably recorded before the remix, and "Sugar" mostly samples the song "Suga Suga" by Baby Bash, so in a way, it is a remix of another song.

Sampling does not qualify as remixing but thanks for clarifying the other one.

WOW! This Girl to dethrone One Dance? I NEVER thought this song would be big considering I first heard it in a Joe Weller vid but no! One Dance to slip to 4? It has better drop.

Apparently this update was missing Saturday & Sunday Spotify data according to what I read on UKMix forum. So I think One Dance and This is What You Came For will bounce back to top 3 once the Spotify data was included.
