Kanye West will release his third album of 2018 later this month.

The rapper's ninth studio album Yandhi will arrive on Saturday, September 29. Fans speculate it is a follow-up to Kanye's 2013 LP Yeezus due to its minimalist cover art and reference to Gandhi, alike how Jesus is the inspiration for Yeezus' title.

The release coincides with his appearance on Saturday Night Live that same day, so we can expect Yeezy to debut some of his new material live.

Kanye previously reached Number 2 on the Official Albums Chart earlier this year with his eighth solo record Ye, before releasing his first album with Kid Cudi as the supergroup Kids See Ghosts; that self-titled project peaked at Number 7 a week later.

Also in 2018, Kanye has executive produced albums for Pusha T, Nas and Teyana Taylor, plus songs for Christina Aguilera and Migos.

Kanye's latest single I Love It with Lil Pump has reached Number 3 on the Official Singles Chart, his highest debut on the chart since Run This Town with Jay Z and Rihanna bowed at Number 1 in September 2009.
