Future Chart Contender: Lion Babe's Where Do We Go

The New York duo eye up a 2016 breakthrough with their new joyously disco-tinged single.

New York duo Lion Babe have spent 2015 wisely; building a name and a loyal following for themselves with their own brand of soul-infused, effortlessly cool R&B pop. 

After unveiling the wildly infectious Impossible (which you might recognise from an advert or two) and teaming up with Pharrell on the finger-snapping, '70s inspired Wonder Woman, the pair dipped their toes into deep house with impressive results after guesting on Disclosure's Hourglass.

Now the group - comprising of singer Jillian Hervey and instrumentalist/producer Lucan Goodman - are eyeing up 2016 as their big breakthrough year with Where Do We Go; a joyously retro slice of disco helmed by themselves and Years & Years/Clean Bandit hitmaker Mark Ralph. Have a listen below: 

Where Do We Go heads up their recently announced debut album Begin, which features all the aforementioned songs and collaborations with Childish Gambino, Andrew Wyatt and Al Shux (Alicia Keys, Paloma Faith). Here's the full tracklisting:
